Returns & Exchanges

GB Fish and Chips offers only the highest quality products. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an exchange, simply send an email to arolyn@bodysuitespa.com indicating the reason for return of the items. You will receive a reply with the necessary steps for you to return your items.

Return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original plastic packaging and tags) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund shipping costs excluded.

Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.

GB Fish and Chips also reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
